FundLift is not a lender and does not make credit decisions, sets no rates or fees, and is not a party to any loan agreement. It is a free advertising and connection service operated by FundLift LLC: we transmit the request you submit to lenders and lending partners in our network, and each of them decides independently whether to contact you and on what terms. Submitting a request is not an application for credit with FundLift and does not guarantee an offer. Loan amounts, rates, fees and terms are set by the lender. In Minnesota a consumer small or short-term loan is capped at a 50% annual percentage rate with no other charge permitted on top of it (Minn. Stat. §§ 47.60, 47.601); larger consumer loans fall under other chapters. Completing this form does not affect your credit score; a lender may run its own credit check with your consent. FundLift never asks you to pay a fee in advance in exchange for a promise of a loan. Requests are not accepted from residents of New York, West Virginia and Vermont.
