Loan amounts, annual percentage rates, fees and repayment terms are set by the lender and vary with the lender, your creditworthiness and your state of residence. In Minnesota a consumer small loan or consumer short-term loan may not exceed a 50% annual percentage rate, and no other charge or payment is permitted in connection with it (Minn. Stat. §§ 47.60, 47.601). A consumer small loan means an unsecured, consumer-purpose loan of $350 or less repaid in a single instalment; larger consumer loans are made under other Minnesota chapters with their own rules. Above a 36% all-in APR the lender must document your ability to repay before making the loan. Using this site is free and completing our form does not affect your credit score; a lender may run its own credit check with your consent. FundLift may be compensated by a lender when a request results in a funded loan, which may affect which lenders receive your request and in what order, and never changes what you are offered. A short-term loan is not a long-term answer to a recurring shortfall — weigh the total cost of credit before you borrow.
